Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Draftt is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives on solving end-to-end problems and wants to have a big impact. You’ll work across the stack - from backend systems and APIs to polished frontend interfaces, to help shape the core of the Draftt platform.

This role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable building scalable backend services and crafting intuitive user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teammates to bring ideas to life quickly and responsibly.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features that span frontend and backend.
• Work with product and design teams to translate complex problems into simple, usable experiences.
• Contribute to architecture and systems design decisions that support growth and scale.
• Take full ownership of projects, from discovery and planning to deployment and monitoring.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience working across the stack in production environments.
• You bring hands-on experience developing frontend applications alongside backend services
• You’re comfortable working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• You’re experienced with microservices, event-driven architectures, or real-time systems, and understand how to build scalable, maintainable backend components 
• You love tackling both product-facing and technical challenges, and you’re motivated by building things users love.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React and TypeScript on the frontend
• Experience with Node.js on the backend 
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of database design, caching strategies, and performance optimization
• Prior experience in a startup or early-stage company environment
