Role Summary

• We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Product to lead Dots’ product organization with a strong focus on B2B CRM systems, workflows, and AI-powered automation.
• You will own product strategy and execution across our CRM and internal platforms, shaping how revenue teams, operations, and customers interact with Dots. This role sits at the heart of our business - bridging sales, operations, engineering, and finance to build a scalable, intelligent platform that drives growth.
• This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, shipping impact, and tying product directly to revenue and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Dots’ B2B CRM, workflows, and AI tooling.
• Lead the design and execution of AI-driven automations across sales, onboarding, logistics, and finance
• Define and launch CRM workflows that improve visibility, velocity, and deal execution
• Partner with Revenue, Operations, and Finance to map business processes into product logic.
• Translate business strategy into scalable product architecture and execution plans
• Lead user discovery, product design, prioritization, and delivery with Engineering
• Drive integrations with external systems (HRIS, ERP, ITAM, Finance, Logistics APIs)
• Build internal tools that power operations and accelerate execution
• Own product metrics: adoption, retention, automation coverage, and operational efficiency
• Build, mentor, and scale a lean product team

We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Experience leading CRM systems (Sales-led, RevOps-led, or hybrid models)
• Strong understanding of business workflows (sales, onboarding, support, operations)
• Proven ability to ship complex products in fast-moving environments
• Technical mindset - comfortable working with APIs, data models, and system design
• Highly analytical with strong product thinking and business intuition
• Excellent communication skills; confident working with executives and stakeholders
• Experience operating at scale across multiple teams and geographies
• Passion for automation and using software to eliminate operational friction

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI products or workflow automation platforms
• Background in enterprise SaaS or operational platforms
• Familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or data pipelines
• Exposure to systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Priority, NetSuite, or ITAM platforms
• Experience building internal tools and CRM systems from scratch
• Startup or scale-up background
• Strong UX intuition for internal system
