Product Manager

Core profile (must-have)

• Product-led growth brain: can design onboarding, activation, paywalls, upgrade paths, and habit loops (not just “run ads”).
• Experimentation machine: has shipped 50–200+ experiments (pricing, onboarding, messaging, lifecycle, virality, referral, templates, prompts, etc.), with clear hypothesis → metric → rollout.
• Data fluency (hands-on): comfortable with funnels, cohorts, retention, ARPA/ARPU, LTV/CAC, payback, and can self-serve in Mixpanel/Amplitude + GA4 + Looker/Metabase (or similar).
• Lifecycle + CRM mastery: email/SMS/push/in-app messaging, winback, onboarding sequences, churn prevention.
• B2B SMB SaaS experience: understands messy SMB reality (low attention, high churn risk, wants “done-for-me”).
• Growth + UX taste: can look at a screen and instantly say “this will convert / this will confuse”, and then rewrite it.
• Full-funnel ownership: activation → engagement → retention → expansion; not only top-of-funnel.

• Marketing agency intuition (but product-first): knows content calendars, offers, creatives, ads, landing pages—yet thinks in scalable software loops.
• AI product understanding: prompt/LLM workflows, “time-to-value” with AI, user trust, explainability (“what Solara did + why”), preventing “AI overwhelm”.
• Packaging & pricing strength: can build tiers, limits (credits/outputs), add-ons, and “aha moments” tied to upgrades (exactly your starter vs pro vibe).
• Distribution across channels you sell: Meta + TikTok + IG + web SEO + creators/affiliates (at minimum understands how each channel converts).

• Builder, not presenter: can implement with a small team + freelancers; writes specs, runs sprints, ships weekly.
• Cross-functional killer: works daily with product/design/engineering + sales/support.
• Narrative + copywriting: excellent at landing page copy, onboarding microcopy, and value communication.
• Customer obsession: interviews users constantly, reads support tickets, watches session recordings, runs rapid usability tests.

• Former Growth PM / PLG Lead at a SaaS (not just performance marketer).
• Experience scaling 0 → 1,000 paid or $0 → $30–100k MRR.
• Built affiliate/influencer program or community-driven growth.
• Familiar with Hebrew market and can operate in Hebrew + English (big advantage for your Israel users).
• Comfortable with B2B2C-ish distribution (agencies, partners, resellers, white-label).
