Product Manager - Cosmetics JB-4671

A fast growing international beauty brand is searching for a Product Development Manager experienced within the CPG field.

In this role, you will:

• Manage product launches end-to-end.
• Own the sourcing and production process - samples, deadlines, POs.
• oordinate with various teams and external vendors to manage communication flows, and ensure timely execution.
• Process Creation & Documentation: Build clear SOPs, trackers, and process flows that make our product operations scalable.
• Vendor Project Management: Build and maintain relationships with labs, packaging suppliers, and regulatory partners; lead follow-ups and troubleshoot issues.
• Support Ad Hoc Requests: Work closely with other functions to fulfill ad hoc requests.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years in product management with a focus on cosmetics (CPG experience preferred)
• Proficient with Priority (ERP) and comfortable with POs, inventory, and costing.
• High level of English.
• Proactive and able to work asynchronously and independently.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
