Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer, based near Carmiel. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing machinery, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and contributing to research and development (R&D) projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing engineering projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that designs meet performance and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the innovation and enhancement of tactical and operational engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and relevant software
• Experience in Project Management with a focus on engineering projects
• Background in Research and Development (R&D) activities and ability to innovate
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with defense, automotive, or technology sectors is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
