Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Bnei Brak. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will address customer queries effectively, resolve issues promptly, maintain a high standard of service quality, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle client queries efficiently and resolve them in a professional manner
• Capability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the financial or investment sector is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Fluency in Hebrew is required; proficiency in English is an asset
