Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

KLA is searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will take part in identifying internal needs, translating them into structured project plans, driving execution across multiple teams. You’ll serve as a key interface between technical and operational functions, helping to improve processes and ensure smooth delivery. You will also Drive and facilitate key business processes such as E&ND and Inventory management.

You will work closely with other disciplines including Planning, MS-CA, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality, and Finance.

• Identify and collect needs, set project plan from concept till implementation
• Support business reviews with data analysis summaries and relevant slides
• Serve as key leader to improve processes
• Drive key business processes such as Excess & No Demand and inventory Management
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management/Information Systems Engineering from an acknowledged institute (or equivalent)
• ERP/MRP knowledge & experience (preferably SAP)
• 3 – 5 years of related experience as Business Analyst, Planner, Demand Planner
• Work well with cross-functional teams as well as independently
• Good problem-solving ability, fast learner, and team player
• Proven strong analytical skills and ability to work on complex problems where analysis of the situation requires.
• Familiarity with software development (Python / VBA / SQL / Power BI) – Advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide guidance effectively and efficiently to various teams within Operations.
• English - highly proficient both written and verbal
