FixxPoint is launching as a global Retail Tech platform, disrupting the multi-billion dollar DIY and home improvement market across Europe and the US. Our business model is centered on technological superiority, driving an unparalleled ROI for our high-margin franchise network.

We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused VP CTO / VP R&D to lead the development of our core Intellectual Property: the Fix-it Visual Studio.

You will head the R&D division, StudioCo, the dedicated SaaS entity responsible for developing and holding all core IP.

The Fix-it Studio uses cutting-edge AI and AR to:

1. Analyze and map interior spaces.
2. Calculate precise Private Label (PL) material needs (driving our 45%+GP).
3. Generate instant, accurate renovation quotes.

Your success will directly impact the valuation and growth of the entire FixxPoint Group, including the planned US IPO.

• Architecture & Development: Define, build, and lead the full-stack development of the Visual Studio (SaaS) platform, ensuring robustness and scalability for global deployment.
• AI/AR Roadmap: Own the product roadmap for image recognition, 3D mapping, and proprietary AI-driven pricing algorithms.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage the high-caliber R&D team in Tel Aviv.
• Strategic Alignment: Partner with the VP Finance and C−Suite to manage the Licensing Agreement and ensure the technology roadmap supports the timeline for the FixxPoint US IPO.

• Compensation: Competitive salary and a significant Equity Grant (Stock Options) within the Group, directly tied to the achievement of technological milestones and company valuation.
• Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role (CTO/VP R&D) developing complex SaaS or PropTech solutions, preferably involving AI, Computer Vision, or AR.
• Mindset: Ability to translate complex business needs (franchise ROI, PL GP) into elegant and scalable technological solutions.
