The company is located in Tel Aviv near the train, operates a hybrid model with two work-from-home days, and has several dozen employees. It is profitable, trading independently with company funds alongside private investors, without relying on external investment.
Role overview-
- Part of a 10-researcher team focused on R&D of Machine Learning algorithms.
- Engage in significant theoretical work on complex problems, mathematical and statistical modeling.
- Implement algorithms into production environments.
- Develop in C/C++ and Python, working on high-frequency trading (HFT) algorithms and quantitative finance.
- Handle large financial datasets from various instruments and markets to support trading strategies.
- Work collaboratively within the team and independently on end-to-end projects.
