AI Solutions Lead for IT Infrastructure

We are looking for AI Solutions Lead for IT Infrastructure

an expert with the ability to identify and analyze organizational processes, and to lead the implementation of advanced technologies — including AI solutions — to improve performance and ensure compliance with the organization’s security standards.

The role includes working with multiple units, evaluating new technologies, and leading complex projects from the characterization stage through Go-Live.

• Identify and analyze organizational inefficiencies: process mapping, bottleneck detection, and proposing improvement solutions.
• Implement advanced technologies: selecting, deploying, and integrating AI, automation, cloud, analytics, and big-data solutions.
• Integrate existing AI solutions into the organization’s computing infrastructure while meeting strict security requirements and standards.
• Develop and implement custom AI solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Lead end-to-end AI projects: planning, timeline management, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution up to Go-Live.
• Collaborate closely with IT, R&D, research, and business units.
• Promote a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI (development, implementation, or project management).
• Proven experience leading complex projects from planning through successful deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s — an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

• Strong knowledge of computing infrastructures: servers, networks, virtualization, containers, and MLOps.
• Experience within defense organizations or high-security environments.
• Creative thinking, strong problem-solving skills under pressure, and ability to meet challenging deadlines.
