Aidance is an experienced manufacturer and distributor of topical health care products. Terrasil is Aidance’s largest brand and has a significant presence on Amazon and is also offered on its own e-commerce site and several marketplaces along with several large retail pharmacy chains. MYCO CLINIC is Aidance’s recently launched brand, focused on pain relief and sold exclusively to health care practitioners.
Role Description
This is a part-time (15 hours/week) and remote position for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator. The position will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Fresh Sales platform to support business processes and drive organizational efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support and optimize customer relationship management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day administration and governance of our Fresh Sales CRM.
- Build and maintain scalable processes, workflows, automations, lead routing, and reporting to support GTM team efficiency.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to manage lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign tracking.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and process documentation.
- Manage integrations with other core tools in our RevOps tech stack (e.g., Big Commerce).
- Provide reporting and dashboards to enable visibility into pipeline, campaign performance, and revenue metrics.
- Monitor platform performance and recommend system enhancements based on business needs and product updates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of CRM administration experience
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and improve system efficiency
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach and problem-solving capabilities
- CRM certifications (e.g., Revenue Operations, CRM Implementation, Reporting) are a strong plus
- Enrolment in, or completion of, Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required
