We are hiring a Junior Growth Manager to execute core B2B marketing and brand-building initiatives that strengthen trust with institutional audiences. You will help shape how prospects perceive Cyvers across content, events, PR, and digital channels.

• Produce authoritative content including white papers, industry reports, and executive-level articles tailored to institutional audiences
• Lead presence and support preparation for major Web3, fintech, and cybersecurity events
• Support corporate PR initiatives, coordinating with PR agencies, reporters, and key media outlets
• Manage the website and social media execution, ensuring brand consistency and messaging quality
• Coordinate freelancers such as designers and website administrators to deliver polished assets on deadline
  

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing or growth roles, a must
• Native or near-native English, written and spoken, a must
• Strong understanding of Web3 and fintech ecosystems, an advantage
• Fast learner who can turn complex topics into crisp, credible messaging
• High-velocity executor with strong attention to detail
