Backend Developer - Quantitative Trading

technology units with extensive experience in algorithmic trading and financial markets.

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join a boutique team where every developer holds critical

responsibility and directly impacts our trading core.

A full-time position from our office in Kfar Saba ,Israel OR Limassol ,Cyprus

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining mission-critical systems

• Building interfaces to traditional and crypto trading venues

• Working on the execution layer of algorithmic trading systems

• Developing high-performance, stable, and scalable infrastructure

• Collaborating closely with Algorithm, Quant, and Ops teams to build state-of-the-art trading

solutions

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience developing trading infrastructure in C++

• Proven experience with high-performance systems (low latency, high throughput)

• Proficiency in Python development

• Knowledge and experience working with MySQL

• Ability to understand and analyze complex systems in a challenging technological environment

• Strong teamwork skills and end-to-end ownership

Advantages:

• Previous experience with FIX, REST, and WebSocket protocols

• Experience with trading infrastructure in the crypto space

Familiarity with distributed systems•
