Purchasing Manager

Six Senses Shaharut is looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our Finance team.

This role is responsible for managing the hotel’s purchasing operations, ensuring efficient procurement processes, maintaining supplier relations, and overseeing inventory and storage management in alignment with the Six Senses brand values.

• Oversee all purchasing and procurement activities for the hotel.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Coordinate with department heads to anticipate purchasing needs and manage stock levels.
• Supervise the receiving and storage of goods to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting in the hotel’s systems.
• Support cost control initiatives and participate in inventory audits.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and Six Senses service values.
  

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – an advantage.
• Proven understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes.
• Previous experience in hospitality – an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license – required
• Excellent English and computer skills (Office, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
