Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Lead Python Backend Developer located on-site in Petah Tikva. The role involves end-to-end development, including designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure systems. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end, and implement robust APIs. Additionally, they will be responsible for optimizing applications, identifying bottlenecks, and debugging to ensure seamless system functionality.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with backend development
- Expertise in building scalable infrastructure systems and designing end-to-end solutions
- Experience with API development, microservices architecture, and web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Familiarity with databases and data storage solutions, including SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts, containerization, and deployment tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
