What You’ll Do

• Develop RT embedded software end-to-end
• Integrate software & hardware across complex systems
• Add features & tools to existing platforms
• Collaborate with system, software, mechanical & integration teams
• Join field tests and analyze system performance
• Own software versioning, pipeline control, architecture & design
• Work with algorithms, create/update ICDs, and participate in reviews

What You Bring

• BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• 3+ years in C/C++ development
• Strong embedded C++ expertise (memory management, optimization, multithreading)
• Experience in RT development without an OS (bare-metal)
• Excellent understanding of microcontrollers & HW/SW interaction
• Ability to lead technical discussions and manage tasks independently
• Strong documentation skills & fluent technical English
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice to Have

• Experience with MIL-STD, IAR tools
• Work with visual/thermal sensors (cameras, IR, temperature sensors)
• Familiarity with embedded protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, CAN
• Driver development
• Background in defense systems
