We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Technician to join a dynamic IT environment.
This role requires hands-on technical experience and strong customer service skills.

What You’ll Do

Provide technical support to end-users (hardware & software).

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, network issues, and operating systems.

Work with Active Directory, Windows environments, O365, and remote support tools.

Handle tickets, document solutions, and ensure excellent service.

Requirements – MUST

Proven experience in Help Desk / IT Support .

Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.

Good communication skills in English.

Service-oriented, responsible, organized, and a team player.
