VP Marketing & Growth - Responsible for demand generation, analytics, and brand activation

Oversees the corporate strategy and growth initiatives as they are being build up from the different divisional business units. Own the company branding and Embed consistent governance, tools, and metrics across all Divisions.

Strengthen market orientation and commercial agility.

Major Responsibilities

1. Build a centralized Marketing & Growth function under CBPO leadership.
2. Appoint and oversee a VP Marketing to lead brand, campaign, and digital strategy.
3. Operate Marketing Operations for campaign analytics, automation, and lead-to-revenue tracking. Manage the MQL to SQL to PO funnel to link marketing effectiveness to business outcomes
4. Decentralize content execution to BU/Regions - Oversees marketing activities for 11 business unites (P&L, demand generation, analytics, and brand).

Main Requirements:

B.A – Science + MBA – a MUST

Relevant Experience – Over 10 years of managing marketing from global organization.

Technical Skills/Knowledge – Branding, Product lifecycle management, Digital marketing, utilization of marketing technologies.

Industries – Components & systems, Industrial.
