DevOps Manager

A cybersecurity company specializing in proactive intelligence across multiple areas, including Threat Intelligence (TI), Attack Surface Management (ASM), Supply Chain Management, Remediation, and Services.

The role involves managing a team of three employees with expected growth, while also performing hands-on work.

The position offers a hybrid work model with three work-from-home days per week, based at the company’s offices near the train line in Tel Aviv.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, including 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining highly available cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and monitoring/tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Elasticsearch, Redis, EKS, and more.
• Deep understanding of automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and self-service capabilities.
• Expertise in Incident Management with a proven track record of delivering reliable and scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash).
• Strong knowledge of containers, orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with cost monitoring and implementing optimization strategies for efficient and cost-effective infrastructures.
• Knowledge of recommended security practices for DevOps infrastructures and environments
