The role & The responsibilities

We are looking for ALM Scrum Master for American Multinational Corporation

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing and optimizing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, with a strong focus on Atlassian applications such as Jira and Confluence

You will serve as a team lead who actively performs tasks alongside your team while working with our strategic customer within our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Drive team objectives, oversee sprint progress, and actively contribute to hands-on tasks
• Tool Management: Maintain, enhance, and develop new functionalities for ALM tools across the organization
• Agile Practices: Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, including PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums, ensuring alignment on commitments and dependencies
• User Support: Provide responsive support to internal users via the JSM portal
• Collaboration: Work closely with the ALM Product Owner to prioritize requirements and implement changes
• Hands-on Execution: Perform administrative and technical tasks directly, balancing leadership responsibilities with individual contributions

Requirements

• Experience as Jira administrator Cloud environment – 2 years
• Familiar with Jira customizations – workflow schemes, issue-types, screens, custom fields, Automation Rules for JIRA
• Experience with code-based customizations such as Script-Runner listeners, REST endpoints, behaviors, etc.

·       Deep understanding of Atlassian tools, dependencies, integrations

• Strong leadership skills – ability to move processes forward

Advantages

• B.Sc. in computer science or other relevant education
• Experience as administrator on other Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Bitbucket
• Experience with other ALM tools such as Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.
• Knowledge in other DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Artifactory
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management and eazyBI reporting tool
