Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Manager located in the Jerusalem District, Israel. The Education Manager will oversee curriculum development, implement and manage educational programs, and provide training and coaching for educators. They will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design educational strategies, monitor program effectiveness, and ensure that learning outcomes are met. The Education Manager will also handle administrative tasks related to educational initiatives, organize events, and actively contribute to the growth and development of the community center's educational impact.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Education, with experience in creating and implementing effective educational programs.
Proven expertise in Training and Coaching to support and enhance educator performance and professional growth.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
Proficiency in organizing and managing projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Knowledge of community programming and experience working in educational or community-based organizations is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
