Content & Digital Marketing Specialist

Redler Technologies is hiring a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an entry level (up to 2 years experience) creative and highly organized Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to support the company’s marketing activities and help drive consistent and effective communication across all platforms.

In this role, you will manage ongoing content creation, create marketing materials and help expand our communication channels in Israel and global markets. You will collaborate closely with business development, product and internal teams while maintaining a consistent brand voice and high content standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce marketing materials such as presentations, one pagers, brochures, newsletters and social media content.
• Manage daily content creation including writing, editing and preparing materials for internal and external use.
• Operate and maintain the company’s social media channels including LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
• Maintain and update the company’s digital presence across relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain a content database and track content performance.
• Monitor content analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research including competitor analysis, trend identification and audience insights.
• Assist in lead generation activities through digital tools and platforms.
• Support video productions, content days and the creation of branded materials.

Must Have

• up to 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, content creation or digital marketing.
• Experience managing social media platforms and basic familiarity with analytics tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to initiating new content ideas.
• High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Based in Israel, preferably within commuting distance to Kfar Saba.

We Value

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar platforms.
• Experience with B2B marketing in technology or industrial sectors.
• Motivation to grow within a fast moving and technology driven company.
