Cloud DevOps Team Leader 229534

We are seeking a hands-on Cloud DevOps Team Leader to drive the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure for a live cybersecurity SaaS product. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers, set technical direction, and own cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a strong focus on security, reliability, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of DevOps engineers across infrastructure design, automation, deployment, and operations.
• Architect and maintain secure, highly available cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design and implement complex cloud networking solutions, including VPCs, routing, VPNs, load balancers, and firewall rules, across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm) and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD preferred).
• Oversee production monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting practices to ensure high system resilience.
• Implement cloud cost optimization strategies without compromising performance.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, governance policies, and frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001).
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to align infrastructure goals with business needs.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, including leadership experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP in production environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud networking design (advanced VPCs, VPN peering, routing, firewall rules).
• Strong proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Python/Bash scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud security architectures and compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading teams supporting production SaaS platforms in cybersecurity or critical systems.
