Junior Marketing Manager

What you’ll do:

• Manage all digital assets of the group – eCommerce website, catalog site, and order portals.
• Update products, create banners, promotions, and marketing content.
• Work with shopping centers to promote retail branches.
• Analyze sales and marketing performance based on data insights.
• Manage the customer club, newsletters, email campaigns, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with the advertising agency and PR firm.
• Lead strategic partnerships, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Plan and produce creative photo shoots.
• Build and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a marketing manager or in an advertising agency.
• Experience in the food industry – a strong advantage.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
• Loyal, motivated, and eager to grow within a leading Israeli brand.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and project coordination skills
