We are seeking a Cybersecurity Architect / Information Security Lead to take ownership of designing, specifying, and documenting security requirements and operational guidelines for infrastructure, development, and application teams. This role involves leading security architecture initiatives across cloud and on-premises environments, managing resilience testing, and embedding security best practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document information security requirements and operational procedures for infrastructure, development, and application teams.
• Design and implement secure architectures for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure.
• Lead and manage resilience and penetration testing across systems and infrastructure throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop and implement security methodologies and standards based on frameworks such as NIST, ISO, CIS.
• Make informed decisions based on business needs and threat analysis.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security – mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity architecture design – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field – preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP – significant advantage.
• Proven experience designing information security architectures for On-Prem and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of computing systems and infrastructure:
• Environments with 1,000+ users and 400+ servers – mandatory.
• Operating systems: Windows, Linux.
• Storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP):
• Designing and implementing cloud security architectures.
• Building monitoring and enforcement processes (Logging, SIEM, SOAR).
• Writing HLD and LLD documentation.
• Familiarity with security tools and systems such as FW, EDR, SIEM, WAF, NAC.
• In-depth knowledge of standards and benchmarks: ISO, NIST, CIS.
• Experience leading resilience tests, threat analysis, and risk assessments.
• Exposure to DevOps and organizational development processes.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Hebrew.
• Familiarity with defense/security-oriented work environments.
