Sales Manager – Medical Consumables

We’re Hiring: Sales Manager - Medical Consumables | Sion Medical

Sion Medical, a leading provider of medical consumables for hospitals, HMOs, and major healthcare institutions, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial activity and drive growth in the Israeli healthcare market.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the sales strategy for our medical consumables portfolio

• Manage key relationships with hospitals, health funds, and large medical centers

• Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities

• Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals

• Work closely with senior management, procurement teams, medical staff, and global suppliers

• Monitor performance, build forecasts, and drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of sales experience in the medical device/medical consumables sector

• Proven experience working with hospitals, HMOs, or large healthcare organizations

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

• Deep understanding of the medical device/consumables ecosystem

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• High-level English – required

• Relevant academic background (Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields) – an advantage
