This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Controller based in Herzliya, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in audit processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting budgeting and forecasting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and working collaboratively with other departments to optimize financial processes.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid work environment, both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
• Prior experience in a similar role; experience in the technology or AI industry is an advantage
