Technical Operations Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Deployment & project administration
• Preparing weekly assignments and work arrangements
• Managing logistics for demos, training, and customer testing
• Scheduling meetings and managing the shared calendar
• Customers’ ticket administration
• Following up with customers
• Maintaining weekly dashboards and updating management summaries
• Tracking SLAs

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, back office, or customer-facing roles in telecom, satellite communications, or networking companies
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
• Experience in working on deployment or project administration or customer support tasks (back office)

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of SLA tracking and reporting
• Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Monday.com)
• Ability to create and maintain dashboards and operational and management reports
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
