Project Manager – E-commerce (Jewelry Brand)

Galia Lahav is a globally renowned luxury fashion house, celebrated for exquisite craftsmanship and innovative design. As we expand into fine jewelry, we’re looking for a strategic and creative E-commerce Project Manager to lead the launch and growth of our Direct-to-Consumer online presence.

Your Mission

Be at the forefront of shaping the digital experience of a world-class luxury brand. You’ll manage the online jewelry store, collaborate with design, marketing, logistics, and tech teams, and optimize the full customer journey – turning visitors into loyal, high-value clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the launch and management of our e-commerce platform (Shopify Plus)
• Coordinate across creative, marketing, logistics, and tech teams
• Own the customer journey: UX, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvements
• Oversee product uploads, merchandising, pricing, and online promotions
• Analyze performance data (traffic, sales, AOV, retention) and take action
• Plan and execute paid and performance marketing campaigns
• Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and luxury DTC best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years managing e-commerce or DTC projects
• Hands-on experience in digital & performance marketing, paid media, analytics, CRM
• Experience in luxury fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with operational execution skills
• Fluent in English; able to work in an international environment
