We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator / Junior Finance Manager to support our financial operations.

In this role, you will assist with cash flow management, budget monitoring, and the preparation of financial reports. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate financial data and smooth financial processes across multiple ongoing projects.

• Support daily financial operations and cash flow tracking
• Prepare, update, and analyze financial reports
• Assist with budget monitoring for active projects
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with established financial processes and procedures

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
