Description

We’re looking for a Head of Data to lead our data strategy, data platforms, and ML initiatives.

In this role, you will define the data vision, scale the team, and drive execution of high-impact data solutions that power our business.

Your Day-to-Day

• Define and own the company-wide data strategy.
• Lead data engineering, data platform, and ML execution.
• Build scalable data infrastructure and pipelines (batch + streaming).
• Implement MLOps best practices, including model lifecycle & feature stores.
• Partner with Product, R&D, and business stakeholders to drive data-based decisions.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing data organization.
• Prioritize and manage delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence, reliability, and quality in cloud environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading data teams in a senior role (Head/Director/Group leader).
• Experience scaling data teams (20+ people) — data engineering + ML.
• Proven experience building & operating cloud-based data platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with large-scale data systems & distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kafka, and Snowflake.
• Experience with MLOps practices and ML lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with execution.
