As Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, you will serve as the organization’s senior executive authority on regulatory strategy, governmental engagement, licensing, compliance frameworks, and energy-sector approvals across all trading and infrastructure activities in Israel.

You will lead the regulatory architecture of the company — ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, infrastructure development, national policy, and the complex regulatory environment governing fuels, LNG, terminals, storage, shipping, pipelines, and energy security.

This is a rare executive-level opportunity to influence national energy policy, shape multi-billion-dollar infrastructure outcomes, and become a critical partner to government ministries, regulators, statutory authorities, and strategic international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the company’s full regulatory strategy across trading, LNG, refined products, fuel imports, storage, distribution, and infrastructure development.
• Own and manage all engagement with Israeli government ministries, regulators, statutory authorities, and local municipalities.
• Oversee all licensing and permitting processes — including fuels import approvals, terminal licensing, environmental compliance, safety, land-use, energy infrastructure regulation, shipping, and operational certifications.
• Proactively shape the regulatory pathways required for large-scale commercial and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with national policy.
• Build regulatory frameworks that support cross-border supply corridors with Middle Eastern and European partners.
• Identify regulatory risks, propose mitigation strategies, and guide decision-making at the executive and board levels.
• Manage multi-disciplinary legal, regulatory, and policy teams; establish high-performance structures and processes across the organization.
• Work closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, and commercial leadership to ensure regulatory, commercial, and operational strategies are seamlessly aligned.

Candidate Profile
• Senior leadership experience in regulatory affairs, government relations, public policy, compliance, or licensing within the energy, fuels, LNG, infrastructure, transportation, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated capability in leading complex multi-agency regulatory processes in Israel.
• Deep understanding of Israeli energy-sector regulation, including fuels, LNG, environmental law, maritime and shipping rules, infrastructure permits, safety frameworks, and national energy security requirements.
• Proven ability to influence senior government officials, regulatory committees, public authorities, and cross-sector stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence, analytical capabilities, and management experience leading high-performing regulatory or policy teams.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
