Work Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM | In-Office Only

Overview

Ephoca is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Telemarketing Agent to support our customer engagement and growth initiatives. This role focuses on introducing new HVAC product lines, accessories, and technological advancements to existing representatives while generating new business opportunities. You will serve as a key voice of the company, ensuring customers and reps remain informed, supported, and confident in promoting Ephoca’s solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, enjoys building long-term relationships, and can confidently represent technical products in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Key Tasks

• Conduct outbound calls to existing reps, distributors, and new prospects to introduce new products, accessories, and updates
• Maintain ongoing communication with current accounts to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and outreach
• Clearly explain the value and benefits of Ephoca’s products and service offerings
• Build rapport with decision-makers and influencers to foster long-term partnerships
• Collect and report market insights, customer feedback, and competitive observations
• Keep detailed and accurate call records, leads, and interactions within the CRM system
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and support ongoing campaigns

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer relationship roles (HVAC, manufacturing, or B2B preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a confident, persuasive, friendly phone presence
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate technical product information
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and following structured outreach processes
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously
• Prior experience with cold calling is required
