Customer Applications & Digital Solutions Manager

We’re hiring a Customer Applications Manager!

Join a global, publicly traded company and lead digital customer initiatives across Salesforce platforms (B2C, B2B, Core, Data Cloud & Marketing Automation).

What you’ll do:

• Lead the digital customer experience and own Salesforce applications end-to-end

• Manage the B2C Commerce Cloud platform and the B2B Core environment

• Translate operational and customer data into smart, scalable solutions

• Build automations that improve engagement and purchasing journeys

• Work closely with IT, Marketing, Customer Service, and business teams

• Lead a local team + external vendors.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years managing enterprise customer apps (B2B & B2C)

• Hands-on Salesforce: Commerce Cloud, Core, Data Cloud, Marketing Automation

• Team leadership experience

• Strong technical understanding of integrations, APIs & data flows

• Strategic thinking + excellent communication

• English & Hebrew – high level

Nice to have: Salesforce certifications, CDP/AI automation experience, Shopify background.
