Hiring: IT Support / Desktop Support Specialist in Modi'in 🖥️

Novocom is seeking an experienced PC Technician for a permanent and challenging position at a leading client site in Modi'in. We are looking for a service-oriented professional with broad technical knowledge to join our local team.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.

User management in Office 365 and Active Directory environments.

Ongoing collaboration with the System team abroad (USA).

Installation, upgrades, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.

IT inventory management and supplier coordination.

✅ Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in Help Desk or a similar role (Mandatory).

Language: Good level of English (Mandatory for communication with the team abroad).

Tech Stack: Excellent mastery of Windows 10/11 and deep familiarity with Office 365.

Skills: High service orientation, independence, and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

📍 Job Details:

Location: Modi'in.

Hours: Sunday–Wednesday 08:30–17:00, Thursday 08:30–16:00.
