CTO

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer / Head of Technology to lead the technological direction of a global online financial platform. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving innovation, ensuring platform reliability, and aligning technology initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall technology strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
• Lead and scale a global engineering team across multiple technology stacks, including front-end, back-end, DevOps, and data infrastructure.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of all customer-facing and internal systems, serving millions of users worldwide.
• Oversee the development and delivery of new features, platform upgrades, and technical improvements with a focus on speed, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to support cross-functional objectives and deliver market-leading solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability in areas such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and data visualization.
• Foster a strong engineering culture focused on innovation, quality, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Ensure best practices in software development, architecture, deployment, testing, and security.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a senior technology role within fintech, financial media, trading platforms, or data-intensive environments.
• Deep understanding of scalable web architectures, real-time data systems, and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage legacy systems while driving modernization efforts.
• Strong technical background across a range of languages, frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, and global platform uptime.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business value.
• Track record of building, leading, and retaining high-performance technical teams.
