Head of Data

We are looking for a talented Head of Data to join our fast-growing, data-driven team.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a group of skilled data professionals within a young and dynamic company, where you will shape the team’s direction, guide impactful projects, and influence critical decision-making processes through smart analytics and actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and BI specialists.
• Define and implement best practices for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and monetization teams to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of analytical workflows and dashboards.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decisions.

Job Requirements:

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading data or BI teams.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Expertise in SQL and BI tools (Tableau preferred).
• Proven experience working with user data, retention metrics, KPIs, and business insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and uncover hidden trends.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A passion for understanding user behavior and driving data-backed decision-making.
