Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology System Analyst located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with opportunities for occasional remote work. As an IT System Analyst, you will analyze systems and technical processes, support the development of technological solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and identifying areas for system improvement to enhance efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Systems Analysis and an organized approach to evaluating existing IT systems
• Proficient in Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex technical problems
• Experience with Technical Support, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Knowledge and expertise in Information Technology, IT infrastructure, and system tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and under a hybrid arrangement
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with CRM, BI tools, or similar advanced systems is a plus
