This is a full-time role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based on-site in West Jerusalem. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the technical strategy, leading the engineering team, and ensuring the organization's technological resources are aligned with its business goals. Key responsibilities include managing system architecture, driving innovation, making executive-level technology decisions, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the technical department. The CTO will also oversee technical development, project management, and implementation of cutting-edge engineering solutions.

• Strong skills in technology leadership, team management, and strategic planning
• Experience with system architecture, software development, and the implementation of engineering solutions
• Proficiency in research, data analysis, and evaluating emerging technologies
• Expert knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical strategy with business objectives
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience as a CTO or in a senior leadership role is highly desirable
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development cycles is a plus
