Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a large-scale development and production program for advanced naval radar systems for an international customer.

The position includes:

• Leading a highly complex, large-scale project from inception to delivery
• Serving as the primary point of contact with the customer, managing both technical and business aspects, including development reviews, management meetings, and system delivery abroad
• Managing and guiding a multidisciplinary project team—both organic and matrix-based—to ensure successful system development and implementation
• Full responsibility for the project work plan, schedule, budget, and system performance

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree in engineering
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager for a multidisciplinary system
• At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or System Engineer in a development project
• High-level English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel abroad
