Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing and Communications Specialist to execute the company's marketing strategy and build the brand in local and international markets. The position includes responsibility for all marketing activities, marketing communications management, public relations, website and social media management, and leading lead generation activities. Reports to the VP of Sales and Business Development.

This is a full-time position based at our offices in Omer.

Areas of Responsibility:

Building and leading the company's marketing and branding strategy

Managing multi-channel marketing communications (digital, events, public relations)

Managing and updating the website, social media, and digital platforms

Developing and writing marketing content: presentations, marketing materials, professional articles

Managing digital campaigns and measuring results

Organizing and participating in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events in Israel and abroad

Managing relationships with media and public relations

Supporting sales with development of support materials and client presentations

Monitoring competitors and market trends

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in technology companies

Experience in international marketing

Full command of Hebrew and English - writing and speaking at a high level

Experience in digital marketing and social media management

Excellent marketing writing skills

Experience working with AI tools, including video editing

Familiarity with digital marketing analysis and management tools

Creativity, ability to work independently, and initiative

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Advantage:

Experience in marketing in the defense/security/advanced technologies sector

Familiarity with graphic design and design tools
