We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security & Cyber Infrastructure Team Lead to join a large, complex organization. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with professional leadership, guiding a team responsible for securing on-prem and cloud environments at scale.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a professional Information Security & Network Infrastructure team

• Oversee deployment, maintenance, and operation of security and communication systems (XDR, F5, FW, NAC, etc.)

• Full responsibility for securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure), including architecture, configuration, and governance

• Design and implement security architecture for new technological solutions

• Conduct cyber posture assessments and build remediation work plans

• Monitor, enforce, and improve security policies and compliance

• Manage cybersecurity and information security incidents end-to-end

• Serve as the organization’s subject-matter expert for cyber & information security

• Hands-on involvement across all key technologies and environments

• Proven hands-on expertise in:

• Firewalls (Palo Alto / Fortinet preferred)
• Load Balancers (F5 / NGINX)
• XDR solutions (Cortex / CrowdStrike)
• Cloud Security, especially AWS (IAM, VPC, Security Groups, WAF, etc.)
• • Practical experience designing security architecture in hybrid environments (On-Prem + Cloud)
• • At least 4 years of experience within an InfoSec/Cyber infrastructure team in large-scale organizations (healthcare experience – significant advantage)
• • Strong assertiveness combined with an “enablement-first” security mindset — understanding business needs and offering secure, practical solutions
• • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, stakeholder collaboration, and service orientation
• • High proficiency in Hebrew and English

• Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty

• Experience in cyber incident investigation and penetration testing
