About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for customers after they purchase their software license – helping them define requirements, install, configure, and make the most out of their new tools. You’ll work directly with clients, guide them through the onboarding process, solve technical challenges, and ensure everything runs smoothly through the transition to production.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment – a self-starter who enjoys working with others to move projects forward, learn new technologies, and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

·     Implement and configure IT software solutions for current and new customers

·     Provide hands-on support and help customers troubleshoot issues

·     Train users and walk them through product features and best practices

• Be the main point of contact for technical questions during the implementation process
• Collaborate with sales teams and other Implementation Specialists to ensure customer success
• Document processes and suggest improvements to make things run even better
• Create technical guides, documentation, and other support materials to help customers and internal teams use the products effectively
• Stay curious - keep learning about our products, updates, and new integrations

Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for technology with a strong desire to learn, explore new solutions, and stay current with IT trends
• Solid understanding of software licensing and SaaS business models
• Understands technology well in a business context
• Quick learning abilities of systems and processes
• Team player; knowing how to work in a team
• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in both English and Hebrew
• Advantage: experience in IT systems management and information systems administration
