NPI Engineer Electronics

IAI's ELTA Division is seeking a skilled NPI Engineer Electronics to join the Engineering & Systems Plant, supporting the development of advanced technologies in the space domain. This role involves close collaboration with R&D and production teams to ensure high-reliability electronic assemblies for military and space applications.

Responsibilities

• :Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for electronic system
• sSupport the definition and implementation of materials and processes related to adhesives and coating
• sWork with SMT/DIE assembly lines and electronic module production technologie
• sEnsure compliance with IPC-610 / J-STD-001 (Class 3) and ESA/GEIA-STD standard
• sCollaborate with R&D, mechanical assembly, and electronic manufacturing department
• sInterface with subcontractors in Israel and abroa
• dLead process improvements and implement technological change
• sConduct failure analysis and support root cause investigation
• sDevelop and support advanced soldering processes for PCB assemblie

• s:B.Sc. in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering – requir
• edMinimum 5 years of proven experience in electronic manufacturing processes – requir
