Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Engineering Manager, based in Lod with some remote work flexibility. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of talented engineers, overseeing the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions. Your responsibilities include guiding software development projects, managing integration tasks, and ensuring timely delivery on projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to inspire, mentor, and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in Software Development, with proficiency in designing, coding, and reviewing scalable solutions.
• Strong Project Management abilities to ensure timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Experience with Integration of complex systems and managing their seamless interaction for efficient performance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in AI/ML will be an advantage.
• Experience in the financial or banking industry is preferred but not mandatory.
