Full Stack Developer

NextTravel – the leading B2B travel agents platform is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our development team.

As the company operating the largest platform for travel agents in Israel, we are building superb technology to support the high demands of the travel industry. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale, business-critical systems used daily by thousands of travel agent that fly their customers all over the world.

Our development team focuses on both modernization and new feature development while continuously improving a complex, active platform. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team where your work will have a direct and meaningful impact.

What You'll Do-

• Develop new features end-to-end within our core travel-tech platform
• Maintain, enhance, and refine existing system components to improve performance and stability
• Work with SQL Server to design, implement, and optimize database logic
• Collaborate with the team to plan, estimate, and deliver high-quality development tasks
• Work in a dynamic startup environment that values initiative, ownership, and flexibility
• Play an active role in shaping the ongoing evolution of our platform and development practices

Who You Are-

• 5+ years of experience developing end-to-end features in a production environment
• Proven hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms and C#
• Strong frontend development skills with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery
• Solid experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries and database logic
• Solid experience working with .Net Entity Framework for Database queries.
• Ability to understand and work within a large, data-heavy, business-critical system
• Startup-ready mindset: accountability, speed, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to break down complex tasks into clear development steps
• Experience in the travel industry (Travel Tech) - Big advantage
• Experience in consuming various API’s (both XML / JSON) - Advantage
