Risk Product Manager – iGaming (Sports Betting & Online Casino)- Israel/Cyprus

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Risk Product Manager to lead the development of tools, processes, and features that strengthen our Risk & Fraud operations. This role is crucial in protecting the business from fraud, bonus abuse, account misuse, and other financial risks, while supporting growth across Sports Betting and Online Casino operations.

The Risk Product Manager will act as the main link between the Risk department and Product/Technology, translating operational needs into effective product solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary product counterpart to the Risk team.
• Understand workflows, pain points, and operational needs of risk and fraud teams.
• Design and enhance tools for detecting suspicious activity, multi-accounting, payment fraud, collusion, and bonus abuse.
• Propose solutions based on player behavior analysis and iGaming best practices.
• Support the development of rule-based and machine-learning risk models.
• Prioritize initiatives based on risk prevention impact and operational efficiency.
• Define and own the roadmap for Risk-related features, tools, and automation.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Benchmark external risk tools and evaluate build vs. buy opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
• Experience in Sports Betting and/or Online Casino.
• Knowledge of common iGaming fraud types, such as bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud, and collusion.
• Experience with risk/fraud tools, dashboards, or rule engines.
• Strong analytical skills, including working with data, defining KPIs, and generating insights.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from discovery to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, able to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
