Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the new reporting and financial-intelligence platform
- Consolidate and structure financial, investment, and philanthropic data from multiple sources
- Build dashboards and visual reports for household, business, and foundation entities
- Collaborate with service providers and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Assist with ongoing analysis, budgeting, and investment performance tracking
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics
- 2–5 years of experience in finance, investment reporting, or FP&A
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data-visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across time zones (U.S.–Israel) and managing multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with family-office, investment, or philanthropic structures – a plus
- High level of English required
