Financial reporting Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the new reporting and financial-intelligence platform
• Consolidate and structure financial, investment, and philanthropic data from multiple sources
• Build dashboards and visual reports for household, business, and foundation entities
• Collaborate with service providers and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
• Assist with ongoing analysis, budgeting, and investment performance tracking

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, investment reporting, or FP&A
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data-visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfortable working across time zones (U.S.–Israel) and managing multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with family-office, investment, or philanthropic structures – a plus
• High level of English required
