Cloud247, a leading provider of cloud services, server management and advanced IT solutions, is looking for an IT System Support Specialist to join our team.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, working with real production environments, and providing high-quality support to both employees and clients.

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of Proxmox (PVE), including migrations and backups

• Monitoring and handling alerts via ESET PROTECT

• Supporting RDP / RD Gateway connections

• Managing Active Directory (users, groups, account lockouts)

• Managing system updates through WSUS

• Troubleshooting authentication issues (MFA, PrivacyIDEA, Authentik)

• Troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Experience in IT Support / Helpdesk Tier 2

• Knowledge of Windows Server / Active Directory

• Basic knowledge of Proxmox or similar virtualization technologies

• Understanding of RDP / VPN / networking

• Strong troubleshooting skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with ESET PROTECT

• Experience with MFA / Identity systems

• Experience with WSUS

• Basic Linux knowledge
