Kamada is hiring a Professional Lead for Change Control & CAPA!

A significant position that combines responsibility, cross-functional leadership, and direct impact on the company’s core quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Change Control, CAPA, and effectiveness check processes

• Drive collaboration across departments to meet quality goals and timelines

• Maintain regular work routines with relevant departments

• Issue change notifications to distributors

• Manage the Change Control and CAPA modules in TrackWise, including user training

• Prepare monthly and annual analyses related to Change Control & CAPA

• Present data during regulatory audits and supplier inspections

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in quality and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (at minimum) in Life Sciences – required

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality within the pharmaceutical industry

• Proven ability to lead quality processes with internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent English – written and spoken – required
